Matt Riddle last wrestled on the September 4th episode of WWE RAW, where he and Drew McIntyre lost to The Viking Raiders.
Riddle was recently involved in an incident at JFK airport. Riddle allegedly claimed that he was inappropriately touched by a Port Authority police officer. An investigation was opened regarding the incident.
However, Matt Riddle was pulled from WWE events after the incident. Dave Meltzer reported that Riddle was dealing with an illness. Unfortunately, fans won’t be able to see The Original Bro on WWE television again.
Matt Riddle issued a statement on X and confirmed that he is no longer working with WWE.
“Just wanted to inform everyone that I’m no longer with WWE. Thank you for the memories and opportunities also thank you to all the fans for the support and love you give me every time I go out to the ring. See you all soon 🤙”
