WWE held a Sunday Stunner live event at the Oakland Arena in Oakland, California on September 18th, 2022. Several superstars from both RAW and SmackDown participated, and three championship matches were held at the event.
Here are the results of the event:
- Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler defeated Xia Li & Shotzi. After the match, Xia Li & Shotzi attacked Rousey & Baszler.
- Gunther defeated Ricochet and Madcap in a Triple Threat match to retain the Intercontinental Title.
- Liv Morgan defeated Natalya to retain the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
- Drew McIntyre & The New Day defeated Sami Zyan & The Usos in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
- Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss & Asuka defeated Bayley, Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky in a Six-Woman Tag Team match.
- Bobby Lashley defeated Theory to retain the United States Title. After the match, Kevin Owens issued a challenge to Theory for the MITB briefcase. Theory refused and ate a Stunner.
- Matt Riddle defeated Seth Rollins in a Street Fight.
