Yesterday, WWE announced the signing of former TBS Champion Jade Cargill. The company stated that Cargill has signed a multi-year deal with WWE. Her first training session took place at the WWE Performance Center on Tuesday.
Jade Cargill was trending on X.com yesterday after the announcement of her joining WWE. Several WWE superstars including Grayson Waller, Bayley welcomed her to the company. WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H stated that Cargill would be a game changer.
During the media call ahead of the WrestleDream, AEW President Tony Khan was asked about Jade Cargill signing with WWE. Khan said that she had a great career in AEW and will have so much potential. Khan also said that his company always welcomes her.
“I have only positive things to say about Jade. It’s been great having her in AEW. She is always welcome here. She’s had a great run with us and has a great career, I’m sure, in front of her. Wishing her the best in the future.”
