Becky Lynch suffered a shoulder injury during the match against Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship at SummerSlam. Despite being injured, Lynch was able to finish the match according to plan.
Following the match, Becky Lynch turned into a babyface and shook hands with Bianca Belair. A few moments later, Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky made their return and had a confrontation with Lynch and Belair.
Becky Lynch wrote off from WWE television due to an injury that suffered during the SummerSlam match. Meanwhile, Belair started a storyline with Damage CTRL. Later, Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Mia Yim joined the storyline.
Team Belair and Damage CTRL will face each other in a WarGames Match at Survivor Series which will be taking place on Saturday, November 26th in Boston, Massachusetts. However, Team Belair needs one member to go up against Damage CTRL.
Fightful Select has reported that WWE planning to add Becky Lynch as the fifth member of Team Belair in the Women’s WarGames Match.
“Lynch was discussed and planned as the fifth partner in the Survivor Series WarGames match that has been speculated for quite some time. As is often the case in pro wrestling, creative plans can absolutely change.”
