Charlotte Flair dropped the SmackDown Women’s Title to Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania Backlash. Later WWE announced a storyline injury for Charlotte Flair.

According to a latest report from Fightful Select, Charlotte was written off WWE Television at WrestleMania Backlash.

“WWE creative was told Charlotte would be taking a little time off, and a kayfabe injury angle was set up for WrestleMania Backlash. On the show, it was said that she suffered a fracture of the radius, which is completely storyline.”

Recently Charlotte revealed to BT Sports that her wedding is set for this summer. Seems like it will be the reason for her taking a time off.

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
