Lacey Evans Indicates She’s Done With WWE

Lacey Evans Indicates She's Done With WWE

Lacey Evans made her WWE main roster debut in 2019 after spending three years in NXT. Evans’ sassy southern belle gimmick got attention from a lot of fans before she went on maternity leave in 2021. Last year, WWE repackaged Evans as a marine, but the creative team didn’t have follow-up plans for her.

The 33-year-old star last competed in a dark match on July 7th against Zelina Vega. The LWO member defeated Evans.

Lacey Evans made headlines in the pro wrestling world within the last 24 hours due to her social media activities. Evans posted a gif on X (Twitter) that reads “How Many Days Left.” She then referred to herself as “FKA WWE Superstar Lacey Evans” on Instagram’s bio.

“When the clock strikes 12, you will address me as Macey Estrella from here on out…….oh, and this jacket is up for grabs. Be on the lookout😈👀💦.

However, WWE hasn’t issued any statement about whether Lacey Evans was released/requested her release or her contract expired.

TheSpotlightNews.com learned that Evans is still listed internally as a member of the SmackDown roster.
