CM Punk Reportedly Not Allowed To Talk About AEW & Tony Khan

This past Monday, CM Punk appeared in the final segment of RAW to address the fans. Punk did the promo within six minutes. Some fans expected a promo from CM Punk that was similar to “Pipe Bomb.” However, Punk didn’t mention anything about All Elite Wrestling.

AEW President Tony Khan appeared in several interviews in the past few days. However, Khan declined to comment about Punk during those interviews. Khan claimed that he can’t talk about Punk due to legal reasons.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer reported that CM Punk and AEW have signed non-disclosure agreements, preventing them from speaking publicly about each other.

“For those wondering or disappointed that Punk said nothing about AEW, it’s because both he and others have signed several NDAs regarding talking publicly about the other.”
