CM Punk and Jack Perry were involved in an altercation before AEW All In broadcast began. The incident happened after Jack Perry took a shot at CM Punk during his match against Hook in the Zero Hour.
Perry said “Real glass. Go cry me a river!” after performing a Rolling Thunder on Hook on top of the limousine. Months ago, Punk and Perry had an issue over a segment on AEW Collision. You can read more by clicking here.
During the All In post-show media scrum, AEW President Tony Khan confirmed that Punk and Perry got into an altercation backstage. As of now, an investigation is underway into the matter.
There are a lot of details circulated on social media about Punk and Perry’s drama. According to Fightful Select, Jack Perry has told many people that he was taking a shot at Punk during All In. Punk has allegedly told people that he “hates this place” as a result of the constant issues in AEW.
Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated reported CM Punk and Jack Perry have been suspended indefinitely. This will affect the plans for All Out regarding Punk. All Out is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 3rd at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
