CM Punk and The Elite controversy are getting worst day by day. This all began during AEW All Out media scrum when Punk blamed The Young Bucks, Colt Cabana, and Adam Page. Fightful Select reported that The Young Bucks came to CM Punk’s locker room to discuss his comment in the press conference. Fightful added that when Punk did not answer The Young Bucks, they decided to kick the door down.
Yesterday, Brian Last of The Wrestling News reported that several people who were involved in the CM Punk and The Elite backstage fight have been suspended.
Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated has confirmed Brian Last’s news and reported that Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Pat Buck, Christopher Daniels, Michael Nakazawa, and Brandon Cutler have been suspended indefinitely.
Sports Illustrated also noted that CM Punk and Ace Steel will either be suspended or fired from AEW by the end of Wednesday.
This will be the hardest decision for AEW president Tony Khan to ever make.
