This past Monday’s WWE RAW took place at the Norfolk Scope Arena in Norfolk, Norfolk. Jey Uso kicked off the show. Kevin Owens then came to the ring and said that Jey has a long way to go to earn Owen’s trust and respect. Judgment Day interrupted Jey and Owens. Damian Priest told Jey that Judgment Day’s door is always open for Jey Uso.
Kevin Owens and Jey Uso faced Damian Priest and Finn Balor in a Tag Team match. Jey accidentally hit a Superkick on Owens during the match. Balor then pinned Owens with a Coup De Grace.
The Miz defeated Akira Tozawa.
Gunther celebrated his Intercontinental Championship reign. Chad Gable came to the ring and said that he beat Gunther once and he would do it again. Imperium then attacked Gable. Otis came for Gable’s aid. Tommaso Ciampa then came to the ring with a steel chair in his hand. Imperium left the ring.
Drew McIntyre defeated Xavier Woods.
Shayna Baszler defeated Chelsea Green. Piper Niven attacked Baszler after the match. Zoey Stark came for Baszler’s help.
Alpha Academy and Tommaso Ciampa defeated Imperium in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
In the main event, Rhea Ripley defended her Women’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez. During the match, Nia Jax attacked Raquel while the referee was checking on Rhea. The Eradicator retained the title after hitting a Riptide on Raquel.
Jax attacked Rhea after the match. She delivered a Banzai Drop on Rhea.
According to Nielsen via Wrestlenomics, the September 11th episode of WWE RAW drew an average of 1.353 million viewers on USA Network and did a 0.40 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
