This past Monday’s WWE RAW took place at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Sami Zayn kicked off the show to address Kevin Owens being traded to SmackDown. Judgment Day interrupted Sami. Rhea Ripley told Sami Zayn that they would remove him permanently from the red brand. Judgment Day then surrounded Sami. Jey Uso came to the ring with two chairs in hand. Judgment Day backed off.
Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Ricochet in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
Piper Niven defeated Natalya with a Crossbody. After the match, Piper Niven and Chelsea Green attacked The Queen of Hearts. Tegan Nox made the save.
Seth Rollins showed the footage of Drew McIntyre talking to Rhea Ripley backstage last week. McIntyre told Rollins that Rhea and his discussion was none of Rollins’ business.
Ludwig Kaiser defeated Johnny Gargano.
In a backstage segment, Sami Zayn challenged Drew McIntyre to a match next Monday on WWE RAW.
The match between Rhea Ripley and Shayna Baszler ended in a disqualification after Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, and Zoey Stark’s interference. Later, Adam Pearce told Rhea that she would defend the title in a Fatal Five-Way match at Crown Jewel.
Gunther defeated Big Bronson Reed to retain the Intercontinental Championship.
In the main event, Finn Balor and Damian Priest defeated Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso to become the new Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. In the closing moment of the match, Jimmy Uso superkicked Jey Uso, which allowed Judgment Day to win the bout.
According to Nielsen via SportsTVRatings, the October 16th episode of WWE RAW drew an average of 1.483 million viewers on USA Network and did a 0.44 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
