WWE President Nick Khan Sells $2.39 Million Worth Of TKO Stock

Last April, WWE President Nick Khan registered all of his TKO Group Holding’s shares for sale. According to a new filing, Khan has sold 22,639 TKO Class A shares worth $2,394,846.54. The filing stated, “Sale includes an amount necessary to cover a tax obligation resulting from the settlement of a vested equity award distribution.” Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC managed the sale process.

Nick Khan still has 211,731 TKO shares worth $22.4 million after Monday’s sale.
