WWE NXT Star Undergoes Successful Knee Surgery

Nikkita Lyons is one of the rising superstars in NXT. Lyons has a lot of potential in WWE. Unfortunately, she recently suffered an injury.

The 23-year-old star last appeared on the January 24th episode of WWE NXT, where she was attacked by a mystery person outside the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Indi Hartwell and Dani Palmer were spotted checking on Lyons following the attack.

Later, Nikkita Lyons announced that she has suffered a torn ACL and Meniscus. The backstage attack angle was made to get her off WWE television.

Today, Nikkita Lyons posted a photo in a hospital bed and stated that she has successfully undergone surgery. In her tweet, she thanked fans, surgeons, doctors, and nurses.

“Surgery was a success Thank you deeply to the WWE Universe, my Lyon Pride for all the love and support you show. I’ll be back stronger than I’ve ever been. #ReadyToPounce Also a big thank you to the wonderful surgeons, doctors and nurses.”
