WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event took place at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia.

Kickoff
- The Kabuki Warriors defeated Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae to retain the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. Kairi Sane delivered an Insane Elbow on LeRae to pick up the victory.
Main Card
- Women’s Elimination Chamber Match
Becky Lynch and Naomi started the Elimination Chamber match. Tiffany Stratton entered the ring with a huge ovation from the fans. Liv Morgan entered the bout as the 4th entrant. Tiffany eliminated Naomi. Raquel Rodriguez entered the match as the 5th competitor. Bianca Belair was the final competitor who entered the match. Tiffany was eliminated by Liv. Bianca delivered a KOD on Raquel to eliminate her from the match. Liv eliminated Bianca with a roll-up. Becky then delivered a Manhandle Slam on Liv to win the match and earned the Women’s World Championship opportunity at WrestleMania 40.
- Judgment Day (Finn Balor & Damian Priest) defeated New Catch Republic (Pete Dunn & Tyler Bate) to retain the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles.
- Cody Rhodes challenged The Rock to a match during the Grayson Waller Effect. Seth Rollins told Cody that he won’t be alone in his battle with The Great One. Cody and Rollins then attacked Austin Theory. Waller didn’t help his tag team partner.
- Men’s Elimination Chamber Match
Drew McIntyre and LA Knight started the Elimination Chamber match. Kevin Owens was the 3rd entrant in the bout. Bobby Lashley entered the match as the 4th competitor. Randy Orton entered as the fifth participant in the bout. Logan Paul was the final competitor who entered the match. McIntyre eliminated Lashley with a Claymore Kick. AJ Styles entered the chamber and hit Knight with a steel chair multiple times. Styles then delivered a Styles Clash on Knight onto a steel chair. McIntyre then eliminated Knight. Orton eliminated Owens with an RKO. Orton also eliminated Logan with an RKO. Orton delivered an RKO on McIntyre. The Maverick then hit Orton with brass knuckles. The Scottish Warrior pinned The Viper to win the match. With that victory, Drew McIntyre earned the right to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.
- Rhea Ripley defeated Nia Jax with a Riptide to retain the Women’s World Championship.
