John Cena is one of the most popular superstars in WWE as well as Hollywood. Cena has a busy schedule due to his movie career. However, two weeks ago, Cena announced that he will return to the last episode of SmackDown.
On last night’s SmackDown, the 16-time World Champion made his return and teamed up with Kevin Owens to take on Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn in a Tag Team match.
John Cena received an enormous reaction from the fans. Although, the Hollywood megastar wasn’t involved in too much action. In the closing moment of the match, John Cena and Kevin Owens hit five knuckle shuffles on Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn. Owens then hit a Stunner on Zayn to pick up the victory.
After SmackDown went off the air, The Bloodline attacked Cena and Owens. But Brawling Brutes and Drew McIntyre then came to the ring and helped Cena and Owens. The Bloodline members left Sami Zayn alone. Zayn was then caught by babyfaces. Owens then hit a Stunner on Zayn and Cena hit an Attitude Adjustment on Zayn.
