Last July, Vince McMahon decided to step away from WWE duties following allegations made against him. McMahon appointed his daughter Stephanie McMahon and WWE’s President Nick Khan as Co-CEOs of the company.

Triple H who stepped away from NXT duties due to a cardiac event last year, took over control of McMahon’s position as the head of creative. Following McMahon’s departure, a lot of fans started watching WWE shows and praised Triple H’s works. In the past several months, Triple H brought back a lot of released wrestlers to the company and made fresh storylines for the fans.

The business side also grew after McMahon left the company. The shares of WWE have risen nearly 15%.

Wall Street Journal has reported that Vince McMahon is looking to come back to control the WWE once again. McMahon thinks he received bad counsel from allies to step down from WWE.

“The 77-year-old Mr. McMahon also has told people that he intends to make a comeback at WWE, according to the people familiar with his comments. He has said that he received bad advice from people close to him to step down and that he now believes the allegations and investigations would have blown over had he stayed, these people said.”

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
