Last week, TKO Group Holdings announced that Vince McMahon would be selling 8.4 million shares of TKO’s Class A common stock. As of last week, McMahon owned 28 million TKO shares. Ariel Emanuel, Mark Shapiro, and several directors of TKO expressed interest in buying McMahon’s shares.
The November 14th filing revealed that Vince McMahon had sold 8.4 million shares at $76.41 per share. Thus, McMahon has received a net income of $641,844,000.
The 78-year-old still holds 20,435,207 Class A common stock. As a percentage, it’s 12% of TKO Group Holdings.

14, 2023. The shares were sold at a public offering price of $79.80 per share, and the Reporting Person paid an underwriting discount and commission of
