All Out is one of AEW’s big four pay-per-views. The 2021 event will be the third event in the AEW history and will be held on September 5th in Chicago. The show features the in-ring return of CM Punk and It will be one of the biggest moments in promotion history.

- Lucha Brothers will challenge for the AEW World Tag Team Championship against The Young Bucks.
- Chris Jericho will face MJF. If Jericho loses, he must retire from in-ring competition.
- Eddie Kingston will challenge for the TNT Championship against Miro.
- Jon Moxley will face Satoshi Kojima
- Paul Wight will face QT Marshall.
- 21-Woman Casino Battle Royale for future AEW Women’s Championship match.
- CM Punk will face Darby Allin.
