UFC Signs Former Two-Division ONE Champion Reinier De Ridder

Former two-division ONE Champion Reinier de Ridder has signed a multi-fight contract with UFC. The company has yet to announce a statement regarding “The Dutch Knight.”

De Ridder has 17 wins and 2 losses in his professional MMA. He competed nine times in ONE Championship, ending his run in the promotion with a record of 7-2.

The Dutch Knight won the ONE Middleweight Title in 2020 by defeating Aung La Nsang via first-round submission. In 2021, he defeated Nsang again to become the ONE Light Heavyweight Champion. De Ridder lost both titles to Anatoly Malykhin in back-to-back fights.

The 34-year-old last competed at UAE Warriors 51 on July 27, where he knocked out Magomedmurad Khasaev in round 1.
