Eric Young arrived on WWE’s main roster on the May 20th, 2019 episode of Monday Night RAW. Young had a lackluster run on the WWE main roster and most of the time he competed on the “WWE Main Event” show. The company released Young from his contract on April 15th, 2020 as part of budget cuts.

Eric Young then returned to Impact Wrestling in July 2020. Two months later, he won the Impact World Championship by defeating Eddie Edward. Young’s last appearance in Impact Wrestling took place last night.

PWInsider has reported that Eric Young would be returning to WWE after last night’s episode of Impact Wrestling.

“Former Impact Wrestling Champion Eric Young, 42, is returning to World Wrestling Entertainment, PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources.”

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
