Tony Khan Comments On WWE & UFC Merger

Last week, WWE and Endeavor’s deal was completed, and the TKO Group Holdings listed on the New York Stock Exchange. TKO is worth more than $21 billion.

Recently, several executives including Nick Khan and Triple H received huge bonuses. However, the company laid off many employees this past Friday after the merger.

AEW President Tony Khan recently did an interview with Insider, where he was asked about WWE and UFC merging into one company. Khan gave a simple answer.

“It is fascinating. It will be interesting to see what happens in the world of sports, combat sports, and pro wrestling. I love pro wrestling, it’s an amazing business. I think there are a lot of really exciting things happening with sports media rights.”
