- Steve Maclin defeated Rich Swann.
- AJ Francis (Top Dolla) made his TNA Wrestling debut to release their new single “We Out$ide.” Joe Hendry interrupted Francis. Hendry released his music video, poking fun at the former WWE star’s failed careers. DJ Whoo Kid then ambushed Hendry. AJ Francis hit a massive chokeslam on Hendry.
- The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards) defeated TNA Originals (Eric Young & Frankie Kazarian) in a Tag Team match.
- Crazzy Steve defeated Tommy Dreamer to become the new TNA Digital Media Champion.
Main Card
- Gisele Shaw defeated Dani Luna, Tasha Steelz, Alisha Edwards, Jody Threat, and Xia Brookside in a Knockouts Ultimate X match. Shaw earned a TNA Knockouts World Championship opportunity with that victory.
- PCO defeated Dirty Dango by disqualification. Dirty Dango, Alpha Bravo, and Oleg Prudius attacked PCO. Rhino made the save. Director of Authority Santino Marella booked a Six-Man Tag Team match with Jake Something joining PCO and Rhino.
- PCO, Rhino, and Jake Something defeated Dirty Dango, Alpha Bravo, and Oleg Prudius in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
- Decay (Rosemary & Havok) defeated MK Ultra (Masha Slamovich & Killer Kelly) to become the new TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.
- Chris Sabin defeated Kushida and El Hijo del Vikingo to retain the TNA X-Division Championship.
Josh Alexander defeated Alex Hammerstone. - ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) defeated Grizzled Young Vets (James Drake & Zack Gibson), The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel), and Mike Bailey & Laredo Kid in a Four-Way Tag Team match to retain the TNA World Tag Team Titles.
- Ash by Elegance (Dana Brooke) was spotted at the ringside before the TNA Knockouts World Title match.
- Jordynne Grace defeated Trinity to become the new TNA Knockouts World Champion.
- Moose defeated Alex Shelley to become the new TNA World Champion. After the match, Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) came to the ring and hit a superkick on Moose. Nemeth then left through the crowd.
