The Rock is one of the most popular superstars in the Attitude Era. Due to his popularity, Rock transitioned into Hollywood and gained huge success in the industry.

The Great One last appeared on WWE television on the October 4th, 2019 episode of SmackDown, which was the debut episode of FOX. Recently, Rock’s name was heavily discussed on social media due to the WrestleMania season. WWE also hinted multiple times about his potential WWE return.

WWE is celebrating RAW’s 30th anniversary next Monday and Roman Reigns’ acknowledgment ceremony has been added to the show. The Usos announced that all the past and present Bloodline members will appear on that show. Many fans expect that The Rock will appear next Monday to start his feud against The Tribal Chief.

During an interview with CNBC’s Squawk in the Street, The Rock was asked about Vince McMahon selling WWE. Here’s what the People’s Champ said,

“I think with the world of professional wrestling and the world of WWE it’s so unique. The fan base is very large and very passionate, and there’s nothing like the WWE. I think with the new owners if there are new owners, and acquirers that are going to come in, I think they have to share that same passion that Vince has for the company and for the world of pro wrestling, which isn’t always easy to do.
With a company like this, it’s been so incredibly successful over the years, a sale and acquisition could be very complicated, but there’s that unique added anchor to this I believe to this that Vince feels where you gotta find the right buyer who still has that passion and love for this very unique world.”
