WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque kicked off the second hour of this week’s RAW. Triple H talked about Roman Reigns’ part-time schedule and said that Reigns being a part-timer is good for himself, but it was bad for the company & the fans.
Therefore, Triple H introduced the brand-new World Heavyweight Championship to the fans and stated that Roman Reigns would stay as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion whichever brand he would be drafted to. The other brand will get a new World Heavyweight Champion.
The 2023 WWE Draft will kick off with this Friday’s SmackDown. Ringside News reported that USA Network has requested The Bloodline for Monday Night RAW. They also noted that having the World Heavyweight Championship for RAW is their second choice.
“The WWE Draft is coming up, and that will bring big changes. We are told that USA Network wants Roman Reigns over anything else. Having a title belt exclusive to RAW is “second choice” for USA Network. The Bloodline “remains first choice” for them.”
Roman Reigns last appeared on WWE television on the April 3rd episode of Monday Night RAW.
