Last week on RAW, Seth Rollins qualified for the finals of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament after defeating Finn Balor in the semifinals. Rollins is scheduled to face AJ Styles for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at Night of Champions PLE.
Last week on RAW, Rollins had a pre-recorded interview with Corey Graves, where he discussed his career highlights. Graves asked Rollins how he feels about Roman Reigns being the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. However, Rollins’ answer wasn’t aired on last week’s RAW. Instead, WWE announced that the interview will continue on the upcoming episode of RAW.
On Monday, news broke on social media about Seth Rollins joining a Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie. A Twitter user posted several photos and videos of Rollins on the set of “Captain America: New World Order.” According to Rollins’ attire, he is portraying a member of the Serpent Society.
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer reported that Seth Rollins won’t be appearing on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW. Meltzer noted that Rollins is busy filming the movie in Atlanta.
“Rollins was off Raw this week and next week, so they did a pretape segment, because he was filming the movie “Captain America: New World Order.” The movie is currently filming in Atlanta for a release next May.”
