Sami Zayn Breaks Silence On His Absence

Sami Zayn was written off from WWE television after being attacked by Drew McIntyre backstage on the December 4th episode of Monday Night RAW.

On X, Sami Zayn announced that he would make his return at tonight’s live event at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The former Intercontinental Champion also revealed this week’s WWE schedule.

In another post, Sami stated that it was a difficult time for him, but he is looking to end 2023 positively.

“Haven’t been very active on here lately. It’s been a crazy and in some ways difficult time for me, but I’m so grateful to be in such great cities, with such great fans, to end such a remarkable year. This life has been too good to me. Just know I’m very happy to be here with you.”
