Ronda Rousey’s long-time friend Shayna Baszler turned on her during the Women’s Tag Team Titles match at Money in the Bank PLE this past Saturday. Rousey then stated on Instagram that she couldn’t believe their partnership ended in that way.
Recently, Dave Meltzer stated that Ronda Rousey informed WWE about leaving the company when the contract expires. Rousey wanted to elevate Shayna Baszler before leaving the company, which is why they dropped the titles this soon.
Last night, Ronda Rousey came to the ring to address the fans. Shayna Baszler then interrupted Rousey and said that “We are all pretty sick and tired of hearing you try to speak on a microphone.” Baszler claimed that she is the reason why Rousey arrived in WWE. Both women then got into a brawl. Baszler put an Ankle Lock and then follow up with a knee strike on Rousey.
The Baddest Woman on the Planet posted their segment on Instagram and stated the following emotional message.
