This past Saturday, The Tribal Combat between Roman Reigns and Jey Uso for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship ended in a shocking fashion. Jey Uso was too close to become the new Champion, but Jimmy Uso dragged him outside of the ring and delivered a Superkick. Roman Reigns then hit a Spear on Jey through a table to retain the title.
On Sunday, The Tribal Chief posted a photo of the beach and stated the following.
“Umbrella Service.
And Still.
The Only Tribal Chief.”

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer noted that Roman Reigns got hurt during the Tribal Combat at SummerSlam.
“Roman Reigns got hurt in that match. Yeah, Roman Reigns got hurt in the match, and I haven’t watched the beginning of the match over again, but I heard it was relatively early. He got hurt. I don’t know the nature of the injury, just that he was hurt. He worked the match and he got hurt early in the match. I don’t know what his schedule is, but he’s going to be on the show on Friday night.”
WWE announced a “Hail to the Chief” segment for the upcoming episode of SmackDown. Jimmy Uso is set to acknowledge The Tribal Chief this Friday.
