Rey Mysterio Says He Successfully Underwent Surgery

Earlier this month, Rey Mysterio dropped his United States Championship to Logan Paul at Crown Jewel. The Master of the 619 was attacked by Santos Escobar on this past Friday’s SmackDown. It seems like Rey was written off from WWE television.

Today, the WWE Hall of Famer posted a photo on Instagram and stated that he has successfully undergone knee surgery at Andrew Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

“Knee surgery was successful 🙏🏼 @dugasmd1
Now payback on @escobarwwe is on the horizon! Pagarás por los daños #Santos”
