Reason For Triple H’s Absence From WWE RAW

By The Spotlight StaffNovember 29, 2023
Reason For Triple H's Absence From WWE RAW

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque wasn’t in charge of this week’s Monday Night RAW. Instead, Executive Director of RAW & SmackDown Bruce Prichard was overseeing the product.

PWInsider reported the reason for Triple H’s absence on this past Monday’s RAW. They stated that Triple H and WWE President Nick Khan have been in Los Angeles over the past few days to secure the media rights deal for the red brand. Sources told PWInsider that “there are several suitors at this juncture.”

Last September, WWE signed a five-year deal with NBCUniversal to broadcast SmackDown on USA Network. SmackDown will air on USA Network in October 2024.

WWE also secured a media rights deal for NXT earlier this month. The company announced that beginning in October 2024, NXT will air on CW Network.
