Reason For MVP Absence From WWE Television

MVP made his return to WWE at the 2020 Royal Rumble. He then competed on WWE television sporadically. The former United States Champion worked as an on-screen manager majority of his latest WWE run.

MVP currently working on WWE television as Omos’ manager. However, the 49-Year-Old Superstar has been absent from WWE shows since the November 21st episode of Monday Night RAW.

On Wednesday, MVP posted a video clip on Instagram and stated that got an MRI done for a potential shoulder injury.

“Morning MRI on my shoulder. Gladiator shiz. I’m a manager, a business partner. BUT… I get my hands dirty!!! And sometimes injuries are part of the game. Let’s see how this morning progresses.”

MVP was a Ruthless Aggression era superstar who competed against a lot of WWE Hall of Famers at the time. The former champion has contributed a lot to WWE from his latest run.
