AJ Styles hasn’t appeared in WWE Television since Crown Jewel PPV.
However, Omos was appeared on the last two episodes of Monday Night RAW. On last night’s RAW, Omos interrupted The Street Profits vs. Dirty Dawgs match to distract Montez Ford, which led to Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode to win the match.
On Wrestling Observer Radio Dave Meltzer revealed the reason behind AJ Styles’ absent on RAW. Meltzer said,
“AJ’s got a non-injury medical issue is what I was told. I’m sure he’s gonna yell and scream about it at some point, but that is what they said. A non-injury medical issue.”
Andrew Ravens of Wrestling News reported that, “WWE is setting up a future program between Styles & Omos and The Street Profits when “The Phenomenal One” returns.”
