NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 17 day one took place today at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan.

Here are the quick results of the Wrestle Kingdom 17 day one.

Ryohei Oiwa faced Boltin Oleg. The match ended in a draw.

Shingo Takagi, Great O Khan, SHO, and Toru Yano are the final four in the NJPW Ranbo. These four wrestlers will face each other tomorrow for the Provisional KOPW 2023 Trophy at New Year Dash.

Togi Makabe, Yuji Nagata, and Satoshi Kojima defeated Minoru Suzuki, Tiger Mask, and Tatsumi Fujinami to win the Antonio Inoki Memorial Six-Man Tag Team Match.

TJP and Francesco Akira retained their IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships by defeating Lio Rush and YOH.

Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI became the new IWGP Tag Team Champions by defeating FTR.

Zack Sabre Jr. became the inaugural NJPW World Television Champion by defeating Ren Narita.
Tama Tonga became the new NEVER Openweight Champion by defeating Karl Anderson.

Keiji Mutoh, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Shota Umino defeated Tetsuya Naito, SANADA, and BUSHI in a Six-Man Tag Team Match.

Hiromu Takahashi became the new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion by defeating Taiji Ishimori, El Desperado, and Master Wato in a Fatal Four-Way Match.

Kenny Omega became the new IWGP United States Champion by defeating Will Ospreay.

Kazuchika Okada became the new IWGP World Heavyweight Champion by defeating Jay White.

The second show of NJPW Wrestle Kingdom is scheduled to take place on January 21 at the Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan.
