Matt Riddle last competed on the December 5th episode of Monday Night RAW, where he teamed with Kevin Owens to face The Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. However, Riddle and Owens failed to capture the titles.

After the match, Solo Sikoa brutally attacked Riddle. The former Tag Team Champion then stretchered out of the arena. Later, WWE announced that Riddle will be out for six weeks.

Last week, Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net reported that “WWE wrote Riddle of TV is because he has failed another drug test and will be sent to rehab. The belief going around is that he has already entered treatment, or will be going in soon as most programs run for 30 days and he would need to be finished in time for his return in six weeks.”

Recently, multiple women said that they were cheated on by Riddle while in relationships. The Original Bro has issued the following statement regarding the allegations.

“I’ve been working a lot on myself lately and have been saying no and setting boundaries for the first time ever and certain people aren’t happy about it, but I couldn’t be healthier or happier.
Thank you for all the support 🤙”
