SummerSlam kicked off with the match between Logan Paul and Ricochet. Logan Paul delivered an elbow strike after multiple leapfrogs. Logan hit a Neck Breaker on Ricochet on the apron. However, the crowd chanted “You Suck” at the Maverick. Logan Paul then delivered a running Powerslam for two counts. Ricochet hit a Spine Buster and was followed with a Moonsault. Both Ricochet and Logan Paul hit a double Spanish Fly on each other at ringside. The Maverick delivered a Flying Cross Body, but Ricochet kicked out at two. Ricochet delivered a Super Swing Neckbreaker on Logan Paul off the top rope. Logan Paul hit a Moonsaul but Ricochet caught him. Logan then counted it into a Tornado DDT. Ricochet delivered a Shooting Star but Logan blocked it with his knees. Logan Paul then hit a Springboard Frog Splash on Ricochet for two counts. Ricochet hit a Springboard Moonsault but Logan kicked out at two. Ricochet delivered a 450 Splash but Logan moved out. One of Logan’s team gave a brass knuckle while the referee was checking Ricochet. Logan Paul then hit Ricochet with Brass Knuckles to win the match.
