Dominik Mysterio won the NXT North American Championship by defeating Wes Lee on the July 18th episode of NXT. Dominik captured the title with the help of his fellow Judgment Day members. However, Dom’s title reign ended last night at No Mercy.
Last night, “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio defended his NXT North American Title against Trick Williams. Dragon Lee was the special guest referee. During the match, Lee was knocked out after a kick from Dominik. Another referee came to the ring, but Dominik attacked him. However, Williams was able to defeat Dominik and won the NXT North American Title.
Trick Williams’ victory shocked many fans including the Judgment members. Rhea Ripley tweeted the following.
“YOU’RE F’N KIDDING ME!… #NXTNoMercy”

JD McDonagh stated that Dominik would still have been champion if he called him.
“Judgment Day don’t lose when I have to get involved. Dom should have given me a call, I guarantee he’d still be Champ right now.
But what do I know? 😒”
