Josh Alexander last competed at TNA Under Siege, where he and Eric Young defeated Frankie Kazarian and Steve Maclin in a Tag Team match.
On X, the former TNA World Champion stated that he had to cancel all the planned independent appearances this month. Alexander confirmed he hadn’t suffered any injuries. However, Alexander added that he is dealing with several health issues.

I’ve had to pull out of my Indy dates for the rest of the month. I’m not injured. It’s all precautionary.
I’ve been dealing with some personal health issues that leave me in constant pain.
I’ll deal with it & be back ASAP.
