Jon Moxley defeated NJPW wrestler Hiroshi Tanahashi in the main event at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door PPV and became the interim AEW World Champion. However, two fans were kicked out of the arena during the match. You can read the entire story by clicking here.

After Forbidden Door went off the air, The Interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley did a passionate promo about pro wrestling.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer reported that Jon Moxley noted in the media scrum that he may have suffered a concussion.

Moxley mentioned in a post-match interview, he was covered with blood, and he said he might have been concussed, too, which, hopefully, that’s not the case because that’s the last thing they need is another concussion especially leading into Wednesday’s Blood & Guts because Moxley’s obviously a key part of that match. He did say that off the air.

Forbidden Door PPV ended with Jericho Appreciation Society brawling with Blackpool Combat Club. Both teams are scheduled to face each other in a Blood & Guts match on the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite. However, if Moxley’s injury is severe, he will be out of action for a few months.

Several AEW wrestlers are now sidelined with injuries which is a not good sign for the promotion.

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
