Jon Jones Confirms His UFC Return Date

Jon Jones hasn’t fought inside the octagon since capturing the vacant UFC Heavyweight Championship by defeating Ciryl Gane via first round submission (guillotine choke) at UFC 285.

Jones (27-1-1) was supposed to defend his title against Stipe Miocic (20-4) at UFC 295 last year. Unfortunately, he had to withdraw from the event after tearing a pectoral tendon.

Recently, Dana White stated in an interview that Jones will step into the octagon this summer or fall. On Instagram, UFC Heavyweight Champion replied to a fan and stated that he will return to UFC on November 9th at the Madison Square Garden event.

“November 9th, Madison Square Garden. I know it seems like a dream, but it’s really happening 🤪.”
