Jeff Hardy made huge controversy throughout the week with his latest DUI arrest in Volusia County, Florida. Later, Hardy was bonded out of jail after paying a $3,500 bond. That was Hardy’s third DUI arrest in the last ten years. The Charismatic Enigma is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing on the matter on July 5th at 2.30 p.m. Eastern time.

AEW President Tony Khan issued a statement on Jeff Hardy yesterday. Khan stated that the company would help Jeff Hardy to get treatment for substance abuse issues. Also, Khan stated that Hardy would be suspended from AEW without pay, and Hardy could return to AEW if he successfully completed the treatments.
