FTR recently made a huge headline in the pro wrestling world due to their contract situation. Many fans thought the duo will be leaving the promotion. However, FTR decided to stay in All Elite Wrestling.

Last month, FTR made their return to AEW at Revolution pay-per-view, where they attacked then-AEW World Tag Team Champions Gunns. FTR defeated The Gunns to win the AEW World Tag Team Titles on the April 5th episode of AEW Dynamite.

On the FTR podcast, Dax Harwood recently stated that they re-signed with All Elite Wrestling. However, at the time neither of them revealed their contract length.

Last night on AEW Rampage taping, Cash Wheeler announced that he and Dax Harwood signed a four-year deal with Tony Khan’s promotion. Wheeler further noted that FTR will retire from pro wrestling after their contract expires in 2027.

Here are the spoilers for April 14th AEW Rampage.

  • IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Aussie Open defeated Best Friends.
  • Mark Briscoe, Jay Lethal, Jeff Jarrett, and Satnam Singh defeated Manscout Jake Manning, Luther, Serpentico, and Angelico.
  • Taya Valkyrie defeated Emi Sakura.
  • “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry defeated Shawn Spears.
