Drew McIntyre Addresses Viral Photo With Jack Perry

CM Punk was involved in a backstage altercation with Jack Perry at the 2023 AEW All In. Punk was fired from All Elite Wrestling a few days after the incident. Perry was suspended for several months.

Drew McIntyre started a storyline with CM Punk after the latter made his return to WWE at Survivor Series. Last July, McIntyre posted a photo of him with Perry on social media. McIntyre deleted the photo a few minutes later.

In an interview with Gorilla Position, Drew McIntyre was asked about the viral photo with Jack Perry.

“On the same flight. He [Jack Perry] was just right in front of me. I had a chat with him. Lovely lad. His girlfriend’s really nice, flying to L.A. and just said, ‘Hey, we should take a picture together. We’re both wrestlers. I’ll put it on the internet. Give ya a little rub [laughed],’ and people reacted crazy.”
