Conor McGregor is scheduled to face Michael Chandler on Saturday, June 29th at UFC 303 in Las Vegas, Nevada. On Monday, UFC was supposed to hold a press conference to promote the fight at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland.
More than 10,000 fans have signed up to attend the event. However, UFC announced on Sunday that the press conference had been postponed. Recently, Ariel Helwani confirmed that the fight will 100% happen as planned.
On X, Conor McGregor stated that Monday’s press conference was canceled due to a series of obstacles outside of his control. McGregor apologized to fans and vowed to put on “the greatest all-time show” in the octagon.
