Cody Rhodes Reacts To CM Punk Chants After WWE SmackDown

Last night’s SmackDown took place at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. The entire show had been built around promoting the Women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. Bayley and Asuka defeated Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair in the main event of the show.

Before the SmackDown broadcast, fans at the Allstate Arena chanted “CM Punk.” The crowd also chanted the former AEW star’s name several times during the show.

Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins faced Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh after SmackDown went off the air. The American Nightmare delivered a Cross Rhodes on McDonagh to pick up the victory.

CM Punk chants once again emerged during Cody’s post-match speech. The chants were very loud at that time. Cody said, “I don’t really know what to do here.”
