The 37th annual Survivor Series took place last night in Chicago, Illinois. In the main event, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso defeated Judgment Day in a WarGames match. The Viper made his return to the show as the fifth member of Team Cody.
The show also featured one of the greatest returns in WWE history. CM Punk made his return to the company after nine years. The Chicago crowd chanted CM Punk’s name throughout the show. The live broadcast ended with Punk celebrating his comeback with the fans at the arena.
CM Punk’s WWE return didn’t leak on social media like previous returns. Therefore, this is one of the best-kept secrets in WWE history.
