Stephen P New, the attorney who represented CM Punk and Ace Steel, appeared on the Rip Rogers podcast, where he revealed that Steel’s wife hasn’t signed an NDA and she can speak about the AEW All Out backstage brawl.
Chris Jericho stated on X that he also had not signed an NDA regarding the incident. Stephen replied to Jericho, “It’s in your employee handbook unless you have a special one. We can figure it out.”
The Ocho responded to Stephen and stated that he is working under Tony Khan’s company without an employee handbook. Jericho added that he saw everything happen backstage at All Out last year. He also told the attorney, “Maybe you should shut your mark a-s up. Because what really went down was disgusting.”
Stephen P New replied to Chris Jericho’s X post and indicated that Jericho will have to face a potential lawsuit.
