Chris Jericho has a legendary career in pro wrestling. Jericho had competed in every major wrestling promotion throughout his thirty-plus years of career. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling and still wrestling to this day.
Last night on AEW Dynamite, The Ocho teamed with Sammy Guevara to defeat Action Andretti and Ricky Starks in a tag team match.
The 52-year-old star recently appeared on the “WTF with Marc Maron” podcast, where he talked about his retirement. Chris Jericho said that he will retire in tomorrow or five years from now. Jericho basically means he will retire when he feels he should retire.
“People say, ‘Well, how much longer are you going to do this? I could end tomorrow. I could end five years from now, or who cares? Sting is 63 and still doing great stuff. So who knows, man? To me, as long as you can still compete at a high level — like I have a high standard for myself. If I went out there and two, three, four times in a row I felt like, ‘Oof, I’m starting to f**king phone this in,’ I would quit.”
