Last night, Charlotte Flair dropped her SmackDown Women’s Championship to Rhea Ripley on night one of WrestleMania 39. In the closing moment, Rhea hit a Riptide on Charlotte from the second rope to capture the title. The match received huge praise from the fans.
Following the victory, Rhea Ripley became the first woman to hold the WWE RAW Women’s Title, SmackDown Women’s Title, WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, NXT Women’s Title, and NXT UK Women’s Title.
Charlotte Flair issued the following statement after losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Charlotte stated that she doesn’t regret it because the title is in good hands.

In an interview with ESPN, Charlotte Flair stated that she is willing to do a bodybuilding competition this summer. However, Charlotte said that she didn’t want to take hiatus from WWE.
