The Mountain Dew Pitch Black match was announced as an anything-goes match. LA Knight first came to the ring and then WWE aired the video package of their storyline. Bray Wyatt then came to the ring.

Wyatt took control of the match in the first few minutes. LA Knight put Wyatt through the announcers’ table and then hit Wyatt with a kendo stick. However, Bray Wyatt hit Sister Abigail on Knight to win the match.

Following the match, Wyatt chased Knight throughout the arena. Wyatt caught him and put a mandible claw on Knight. Uncle Howdy then hit an elbow drop on top of the stage through Knight.
