Last night, Asuka faced Bayley, Bianca Belair, and Charlotte Flair in a Fatal Four-Way match for the WWE Women’s Championship at the live event in Salisbury, Maryland. However, during the match, The Role Model faced an unexpected incident.
Bayley suffered a knee injury after running towards Asuka during the match. The referee Jessika Carr had a quick conversation with Bayley and then threw an X sign. It seems like Bayley injured her right knee. However, she was walked backstage without any assistance.
A fan captured a video of Bayley leaving the arena after the event. She was able to walk on her own.
UPDATE from my friend who is at the event: Bayley is able to walk on her own and is leaving the arena but is limping, no crutches or anything are with her pic.twitter.com/1fmISLgDh8

Bayley is currently involved in a storyline with Iyo Sky and Shotzi. It seems like Bayley’s injury isn’t a serious one.
